Sam is a Chartered Financial Planner (CII) with more than 40 years in financial services and heads up Henderson Stone Asset Management. His roles range from advising private and corporate clients to training and developing advisers. Since ‘pension freedoms’ Sam has specialised in advising clients on planning for their retirement or reducing the number of hours they wish to work, with special emphasis on final salary transfer advice. This often blends into his other major area of focus which is IHT planning across generations for both business owners and private clients in Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Henderson Stone Asset Management was set up to ensure an ever improving client offering and Sam is focused on growing the firm both organically and by the acquisition of other businesses. Sam is also founder and Director of Henderson Stone & Co Ltd.
